At Hella Heels, we want you to feel empowered in your footwear; if your heels aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Place the heels in their original box and protective dust bags, ensuring the soles are clean and free of any marks or scuffs.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping mailing bag.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
